Mitzvah. The design she wanted was executed perfectly and my
daughter and her friends loved it! Everyone was asking if the
Cake Boss made it! I think you should rename yourself the
Oradell Cake Boss! It was also unbelievably delicious! I have
many chef and 'foodie' friends and they were all super impressed
by your talents. They loved the fact that it was REAL red velvet
cake! Several of my friends said they ate 2 pieces - they
couldn't get over how good it was. I look forward to another
occasion to use you again. You were an absolute pleasure to work

entered the room a few guests thought it was a real camera. I was
nearly knocked to the ground by enthusiastic guests who could not
wait to get a picture. I was afraid that the heat from all of the
flashes going off at the same time would melt the fondant.

"The basket of yellow
roses cake you created for my wife's birthday was simply
magnificent. When I asked several of my guests if they saw the cake
on the display table, they asked where it was, expecting to see a
run-of-the-mill sheet cake and not comprehending that the basket of
roses WAS the cake. Every visual aspect of the confection, from the
botanically correct roses to the meticulous basket weave was
stunning. Moreover, the seven layer cake itself was fresh,
flavorful and extremely satisfying, producing just the right balance
