Turvy Cake Construction and Decoration

make a topsy turvy cake. You will make a two tier topsy turvy cake. The
instruction will include carving the shape, filling and icing the cake, the
proper internal support, fondanting, stacking and decorating. This class is

price your cakes profitably,

maximize profits and more. The
information will be presented in
a very easy to understand
manner. This is practical
instruction with no jargon. No
prior experience is necessary.

in finance and has passed the
prestigious Chartered Financial
Analyst examination. She had
worked for twenty years on
Wall Street as an equity
research analyst analyzing and
writing about all types of
public companies. She now is the
owner of the fast-growing cake
design company – Sweet Grace,
Cake Designs.
